I rarely give 5 stars, but Dave really knows his stuff.   He exhibits patience with questions and helped me out with current and future needs of my HVAC system. We were without heat on a Saturday and received a prompt response, after diagnosis of the unit issue Dave insured we were not without a working unit while we awaited parts to be ordered and arrived. He kept us informed and as soon as the part arrived he returned to finish the repair and give our unit a good inspection to insure we did not have any avoidable problem in the future.
