Step 1: Begin your TVA EnergyRight loan application online by clicking here or call 1-855-237-2673.

Step 2: Enter your ZIP code and select your electric provider. Complete the short form to create an account.

Step 3: From the dashboard, click “Apply for Financing.”

Step 4: Complete the online application and upload a copy of your driver’s license and most recent utility bill.

Step 5: You’ll receive an approval or denial notice by email within 48 hours.

Step 6: If approved, view the list of TVA-approved contractors. Select your power company and choose HVAC and look for Fire and Ice Heating and Cooling.

Step 7: After installation, we will submit the required information to EnergyRight. Loan documents are then sent to you electronically for signature.

Step 8: Once documents are signed, your contractor is paid.

Step 9: Your monthly loan payment will be added directly to your electric bill.
